What each project record contains
- Project title
- What the work was, and the property it was performed on.
- Property type
- Retail plaza, office building, multi-family, industrial site.
- General Calgary area
- Quadrant or district — no client addresses published without permission.
- Services provided
- The specific services delivered, linked to their service pages.
- Challenge
- The condition or operational problem the property started with.
- Maintenance plan
- Scope, visit pattern and sequencing agreed with the client.
- Work performed
- What crews actually did, in order, and over what period.
- Before photos
- Original site photography taken before work started.
- After photos
- The same viewpoints after the work, for honest comparison.
- Result
- The measurable or observable outcome for the property.
- Related services
- Internal links to the services involved.
First case studies in preparation
Priority documentation includes year-round maintenance at a Calgary retail plaza, a multi-family winter access program, and a spring exterior reset combining lot sweeping, pressure washing and window cleaning. Each will publish with its own photography once complete and approved.
